Job Description

What the Job Entails

Notch is building a platform for building and managing agentic AI that connects customer and employee interactions with back-office systems to automate complex workflows end-to-end.

We’re growing quickly and investing heavily in how we generate and convert pipeline, especially within regulated industries like insurance and financial services. We’re building a marketing team that operates with high ownership, high velocity, and a focus on real outcomes.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager to own how prospects and customers move through the funnel. This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and systems, making sure every lead is tracked, validated, nurtured, and converted effectively, while also helping customers stay engaged and continue to get value from Notch.

This is not just a tools role. You’ll help build and improve the systems that turn demand into revenue and customers into long-term advocates. It’s a strong fit for someone earlier in their career who has solid foundations and wants to grow quickly by owning meaningful outcomes.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.

ABILITIES & SKILLS

What You'll Do

Own lifecycle and pipeline flow
Manage how leads move from first touch through pipeline and closed business. Ensure inbound and outbound pipeline is validated, enriched, and moving forward, while identifying gaps where strong prospects may be getting lost.

Partner closely with the Pipeline & Growth Lead
Work directly with the Pipeline Lead to make sure generated pipeline is high quality and actionable. Help validate targeting, segmentation, and lead quality, and build systems that support follow-up, retargeting, and conversion.

Build and run nurture and retargeting systems
Set up and improve email nurture, retargeting, and multi-touch engagement programs that keep prospects moving. Support longer, multi-stakeholder buying journeys with thoughtful lifecycle touchpoints.

Support customer lifecycle and engagement
Help customers stay informed and engaged through product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, and other communications. Build programs that support adoption, retention, and long-term relationship building.

Own marketing systems and data flow
Manage and improve CRM and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Keep tools connected, data clean, and processes reliable across marketing and sales.

Track performance and surface insights
Monitor funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Help identify what is driving results, where breakdowns are happening, and what needs to improve.

Support the broader marketing team
Partner with product marketing, design, and external partners to make sure campaigns are properly set up, segmented, tracked, and operationalized across lifecycle touchpoints.

Build and improve systems over time
Spot gaps in how we manage pipeline and engage customers, then propose and implement better workflows, automations, and processes as the company grows.
