As a Strategic Account Executive at Notch, you’ll be at the center of our go-to-market efforts, helping enterprise customers unlock the value of our platform while playing a foundational role in building our sales motion from the ground up.
You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, working closely with technical and executive stakeholders across large, complex organizations. Beyond closing new business, you’ll also partner with existing clients and internal teams to expand our footprint and drive long-term revenue growth.
This is a role for someone with strong commercial instincts, sharp judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You won’t be stepping into a mature category with a well-worn playbook. You’ll help define how a novel product is sold, how complex buying journeys are navigated, and how Notch grows.
Compensation: $300,000-$450,000 OTE, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
What You'll Do
Own and execute the full sales process
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close. Drive momentum across complex deals and maintain strong control of the process from start to finish.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Develop credibility with technical buyers, business leaders, and executive decision-makers across large organizations. Navigate multi-threaded buying journeys and build relationships that move deals forward.
Partner with internal teams to win complex deals
Work closely with product, solutions, and leadership to tailor messaging, shape demos, and support pilots that align with customer needs. Help translate product capabilities into clear business value.
Build pipeline and share market learnings
Continuously develop pipeline while capturing insights from the field. Bring feedback back into the organization to improve messaging, refine targeting, and strengthen the overall sales motion.
Represent Notch in the market
Support in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences to build relationships, create opportunities, and strengthen Notch’s presence across insurance, financial services, and fintech.
Help shape the sales playbook
As one of the early sales hires, you’ll help define how we sell. That means improving processes, surfacing patterns, and turning what works into repeatable structure as the company scales.
