Notch named an AI Disruptors 60 company by Greenfield Partners and TechCrunch
Today we’re excited to share that Notch has been named one of the AI Disruptors 60, a new honoree list curated by Greenfield Partners and unveiled live at TechCrunch Disrupt.
This recognition matters to us for one simple reason: the Disruptors 60 spotlights teams turning AI from headlines into infrastructure and measurable outcomes, across both foundational AI building blocks and real-world industry applications.
Why the AI Disruptors 60 list is different
The AI Disruptors 60 list was built to celebrate companies pushing past hype into execution and impact. In TechCrunch’s overview of the list, it’s framed as a look at startups “redefining what’s possible with AI,” spanning infrastructure and applied AI across industries.
Even the Disruptors 60 site positions the list in the context of TechCrunch Disrupt, putting honorees in front of investors, media, and tech leaders.
What we’re building at Notch
TechCrunch’s Disruptors 60 write-up describes Notch as delivering secure, fully managed AI agents that automate routine customer support and back-office workflows, aligned to a company’s policies, workflows, and tone of voice, with end-to-end delivery and operation.
That’s the core of our philosophy: it’s not about effort - it’s about outcomes.
TRUE™ Resolution: the outcomes bar we hold ourselves to
Customer support software has spent years optimizing for “responses.” We optimize for resolution.
Notch introduced the TRUE™ model (Ticket Resolved, Unmanned, End-to-end) to align incentives around outcomes, so customers pay for fully resolved cases rather than activity or seat-based bloat.
In other words:
- Ticket Resolved: the issue is actually solved, not deflected.
- Unmanned: no human handoffs required for the resolution path.
- End-to-end: the agent completes the workflow, not just the conversation.
Proof beats promises
One example from our customer stories: in the Idyl case study ,Notch is credited with capturing off-hours sales questions and supporting a reported +42% conversion lift, 90% automation, and maintaining a 4.9-star CSAT while scaling. The same story highlights direct integrations across tools like Shopify and Intercom to enable “complete ticket resolution without handoffs.” n
What’s next
Being named to the AI Disruptors 60 is a milestone, not a finish line. We’re using it as a forcing function to keep raising the bar on what “enterprise-grade” AI support actually means: faster time-to-value, higher resolution rates, and an operating model that scales without adding headcount.
To Greenfield Partners and TechCrunch: thank you for spotlighting builders shipping real systems, not demos. And to our customers and team: this is your win too.
