About the RoleAs an Implementation Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in launching and configuring Notch AI agents for new and existing customers. You’ll work closely with Agent Product Managers, our engineering team, and key customer stakeholders, ensuring every implementation is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Execute AI agent implementations - working directly with customer stakeholders, Agent PMs, and engineers to configure and launch agents that meet each client’s needs.
- Understand customer workflows and support policies to ensure agent behavior is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand voice.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, including content mismatches, setup challenges, and logic gaps.
- Support onboarding and go-live processes, making sure timelines are met and customers are fully set up for success.
- Capture implementation feedback and share insights with Agent PMs and product teams to improve tools, playbooks, and processes.
- Maintain and update agents over time, adapting to evolving customer systems, products, and business requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Have 2+ years of experience in product management, implementation, or technical project coordination.
- Are organized, execution-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects while keeping the details sharp.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and senior customer stakeholders.
- Enjoy fast-paced environments and solving problems collaboratively.
- Are comfortable learning new tools and working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
