• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to design and implement autonomous agents for diverse use cases.
• Develop, implement, and optimize algorithms and models for deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to integrate research outcomes into scalable systems.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and innovations, bringing fresh insights and ideas to the team.
• Continuously refine and improve models and systems based on performance metrics and user feedback.

• Experience in a high-growth tech startup or enterprise AI environment.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, or cloud platforms.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML conferences.
