As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Notch, you won’t just fill roles — you’ll be a strategic
architect of our team and culture.
You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process for some of the most impactful roles in the
company (Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations), working closely with our founders,
leadership, and hiring managers. You’ll be both a hands-on recruiter and a talent strategist
— building sourcing pipelines, crafting candidate experiences, and shaping the way top-tier
talent discovers Notch.

What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Build a scalable sourcing engine to consistently engage with exceptional candidates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align hiring with business priorities.
- Craft compelling employer branding and candidate experiences that showcase Notch’s mission and culture.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes for speed and quality.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future growth.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing tech or startup environments.
- Have recruited for technical roles (engineering, product, data, AI) and understand how to spot exceptional talent.
- Are a strong communicator and relationship builder with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you build systems from scratch.
- Have a sharp eye for talent and a clear philosophy on what separates the exceptional from the great.
