What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical projects, from onboarding through production launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and communication.
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and coordinate execution with engineering, product, and design teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple customer initiatives.
- Guide customers through platform setup, integrations, and AI workflow implementations.
- Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing support and long-term customer success teams.
- Provide clear visibility to customers and internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
- Strong technical foundation, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, system architecture, and workflows with engineers and customers.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy being the connective tissue between teams.
